Birgitta Bergvall-Kåreborn holds a PhD degree in Social Informatics from Luleå University of Technology, Sweden, and is senior lecturer at the department of Business Administration and Social Science. Her research focuses are interactive process based methodologies for design, evaluation and learning; human-centric assessment methods for information systems; and, needfinding methods for developing innovative technology. Her research has been published in a number of journals and she has participated in serveral international and national research projects.
